Dr. Sushil Varma is an engineer, entrepreneur, and consciousness mentor whose life’s work bridges scientific discipline with inner transformation. An Electrical Engineer with an MBA, he has led major infrastructure and industrial projects for organizations such as Samsung, Hero, ONGC, BPCL, and GAIL. His structured thinking, leadership experience, and systems-based approach form the foundation of Cosmic Kriya — a methodology designed not as abstract spirituality, but as a practical inner operating system for modern life.

Alongside his corporate journey, Dr. Varma has spent over four decades exploring consciousness under the guidance of masters including Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Osho, Mata Nirmala Devi, Shri Shri Ravi Shankar, and the Brahma Kumaris.
